Empowa Pathways is currently delivering a focused pilot-phased-launch programme to test, refine, and evaluate our mentoring and outreach services in real-world settings. The pilot allows us to ensure high-quality delivery, clear outcomes, and strong governance before wider rollout.

Why We Are Running a Pilot
The pilot phase enables Empowa Pathways Ltd to work in a controlled and intentional way, prioritising quality, learning, and accountability. By limiting scale, we are able to focus on effective delivery, robust safeguarding, and meaningful evaluation that will inform future commissioning and partnerships.
Who the Pilot Is For?
The pilot is designed to work with a small number of selected partners operating within:
- Education settings
- Pupil Referral Units (PRU) and alternative provision
- Social and housing-related contexts, including homelessness support
Engagement during the pilot is by agreement and aligned to defined objectives.
What the Pilot Offers Partners?
Partners engaged in the pilot benefit from:
- Founder-led delivery with direct accountability
- Tailored mentoring and outreach support
- Close collaboration and clear communication
- Insight into service development and evaluation
- Priority consideration for post-pilot commissioning
Capacity & Timescales
Pilot capacity is limited to a defined number of participants and settings. Once capacity is reached, new enquiries will be recorded as expressions of interest for post-pilot delivery.
The pilot will run for a time-limited period, with review points built in to assess impact, learning, and readiness for expansion.
After the Pilot
Following evaluation, Empowa Pathways will open opportunities for wider commissioning, partnerships, and service expansion. Learning from the pilot will directly shape post-pilot delivery models.
