The Outreach Service

Our Outreach & Advocacy Workers engage hard-to-reach or marginalised young people and adults through culturally responsive, strengths-based outreach. We advocate with and for individuals navigating complex systems — whether housing, youth justice, mental health or education — and help them reclaim voice, power and access to their rights.

Key Features:

Why Needed?

Some individuals become disengaged from traditional services or face barriers that prevent access to timely support. Outreach is needed to reconnect individuals who may otherwise be missed. Flexible engagement helps reduce isolation and supports re-entry into appropriate services or structures.

Outcomes:

Who the service is for?

This service is for individuals who may be disengaged from traditional settings or face barriers to accessing support. It is particularly suited to young people and vulnerable adults who benefit from flexible, community-based engagement and relationship-led intervention.
