Pastoral Support Service

Our Pastoral Support Workers provide practical, relational, and restorative support to families and young people experiencing stress, trauma, or disadvantage. Operating across schools and community settings, this role bridges the gap between statutory services and everyday lived experiences — providing early help and relational continuity.

Key Features:

Why it's Needed?

Many children and young people experience overlapping emotional, social, and environmental pressures that affect wellbeing and engagement. Pastoral support is needed where challenges extend beyond a single issue and require steady, holistic support. It provides stability and understanding during periods of transition, stress, or vulnerability.

Outcomes:

Who the service is for?

Pastoral Support is for individuals experiencing emotional, social, or practical challenges that impact wellbeing and stability. It is appropriate where consistent support is needed alongside, or in coordination with, other services and environments.
